Refund policy

At Petnest, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not happy with your purchase, we offer a 30-day refund policy from the date you receive your item.

To be eligible for a refund:
- The item must be unused and in its original condition
- You must contact us within 30 days of delivery

Once approved, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
